Thank you for checking in with us! Your name has now been added to our weekly payout/return list. Please review our consignment policies below. 


• Payouts and returns are issued each Wednesday (no exceptions) to consigners who have checked in before 5:00 pm on the provided settlement date. Should consigners check in later than this time, their name will be placed on the payout/return list for the following week. 
• Consigners will receive a copy of their sales breakdown on the Wednesday that their account is settled. Those who have requested an e-transfer or store credit will be sent an email with their sales breakdown included.  A sales breakdown will accompany payouts for consigners requesting a cash payout.  
• Unsold items will be returned to consigners unless the consigner chooses to donate. All returns must be picked up within 14 days of the consignment end date. Pieces that have not been picked up within this time will be donated to our annual charity yard sale. 
•Consigners who choose cash up as payment must collect payout within 6 months of the payout date, or it will become forfeited.

Want to consign with us? Here are a few pointers:

  • ⤍Please check the brands we carry.

    ⤍Less than 20 items per drop off.

    ⤍Keep it seasonal!

    ⤍No hangers, please.

    ⤍We accept consignment items on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during regular business hours. No appointment necessary.

    ⤍It can take up to two weeks for us to process and log your items.

  • ⤍If we pass on something during processing, these items must be picked up within 14 days or they will become property of Room 152 and may be subject to clearance sales and/or donation.

    ⤍Once your items are logged, you will receive an email with an itemized inventory list, your check-in date and if any items were passed on. Please check your junk mail!

  • ⤍ Please check in at any time during your consignment period using our online check-in form. This informs us on how you would like to receive payment and if you will be donating or picking up any unsold items.

    ⤍The consignment period is 2 months and at the end of the consignment period, unsold items are removed from the floor. Unsold items must be picked up within 14 days or they will become property of Room 152 and may be subject to clearance sales and/or donation.
